2. H Tempest Limited retains the copyright on all photographs taken and supplied. Photographs may not be copied, published or reproduced in any form without the written permission of H Tempest Limited
3. Please allow 28 days for delivery and for Christmas deliveries, please ensure you send your order before 20th November
4. This contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any dispute between us
5. The prices of products are stated on this web site and are inclusive of VAT. The prices are subject to change without notice
6. We are unable to accept liability for any incorrect information supplied to us by you the customer
